Your Mission
Your role is simple but powerful.
Turn enquiries into conversations.
Turn conversations into site visits.
Turn site visits into opportunities.
You'll be the first voice of our brand, connecting with prospective buyers, understanding their aspirations and scheduling qualified meetings and site visits for our Sales Managers and Team Leads.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify genuine buying intent.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Build excitement around our premium farm estate projects.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Follow up consistently until a meeting or site visit is confirmed.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Achieve weekly and monthly meeting and site visit targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Confident, energetic and persuasive personality.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
- Ability to handle objections with confidence.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, telecalling, customer engagement or business development is preferred.
