Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for performance improvement.
Generate business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close large business deals.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Required Skills & Competencies
