Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas suppliers through emails and chat in simple, clear English.
- Ask suppliers for prices, minimum order quantity, delivery time, and product details.
- Compare prices and supplier details and update the information in MS Excel sheets.
- Maintain basic purchase records, supplier lists, and order status trackers.
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and shipping updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders, invoices, and delivery details.
- Keep proper records of emails, quotations, and purchase-related documents.
- Support the team with basic import documents like proforma invoices and packing lists.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
