Job Summary
Avillion Farms is looking for a Senior 3D Interior & Exterior Designer with a B.Arch qualification and professional experience in 3D architectural visualization, interior design and exterior design.
The role involves developing 3D models, interior and exterior concepts, architectural visualizations, realistic renders and presentation materials while coordinating with the architecture and project teams.
Key Responsibilities3D Interior Design
- Develop 3D interior designs for residential spaces.
- Create detailed 3D models for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms and other spaces.
- Develop furniture layouts and interior design concepts.
- Prepare realistic interior renders.
- Develop material, texture, lighting and finish concepts.
- Prepare design options based on project requirements.
- Coordinate 3D designs with architectural drawings and site conditions.
- Incorporate design revisions based on project feedback.
3D Exterior Design
- Develop 3D exterior designs for residential buildings, villas and farmhouses.
- Create building facades and exterior architectural concepts.
- Prepare front, rear and side exterior views.
- Develop roof forms and building massing.
- Create 3D models for balconies, pergolas, terraces, windows, doors and other architectural features.
- Develop exterior materials, textures and finishes.
- Prepare realistic exterior renders.
- Coordinate exterior designs with architectural drawings and project requirements.
3D Visualization & Rendering
- Create detailed 3D models and architectural visualizations.
- Produce interior and exterior perspective renders.
- Prepare day and evening views where required.
- Create walkthroughs and presentation visuals where required.
- Develop design options for project review.
- Maintain consistency between 2D architectural drawings and 3D models.
- Make revisions based on technical and design requirements.
Presentation & Visual Content
- Prepare high-quality design presentations using Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit and enhance architectural renders and presentation images.
- Prepare project presentation boards, mood boards and material presentations.
- Create short project videos and walkthrough edits using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assist in preparing visual content for project presentations and internal reviews.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in 3D architectural visualization, interior design, exterior design or residential projects.
Experience with villas, farmhouses, residential buildings or similar architectural projects will be relevant to this position.
Candidate Profile
The candidate should:
- Have a B.Arch qualification.
- Have strong practical experience in 3D interior and exterior design.
- Be proficient in architectural visualization software.
- Have good knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and/or D5 Render.
- Have good knowledge of Photoshop for architectural presentation and image editing.
- Have working knowledge of Premiere Pro for video and walkthrough editing.
- Understand architectural drawings and construction requirements.
- Have knowledge of materials, textures, lighting and finishes.
- Be able to develop designs from concept through 3D visualization.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be able to manage design revisions and project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with architects, designers and project teams.
- Be comfortable working in an on-site environment.
