Roles and Responsibilities
Managing timely order fulfillment across our different channels
Working with courier partners to ensure last mile delivery
Assisting the team on product uploads and web operations
Coordinating across departments to drive customer experience
Engaging with customers through phone and online channels
Managing inventory across our different sales channels
Ecommerce background with experience on tracking orders, processing returns and exchange
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 years experience with shopify, Unicommerce is must
Fluent in spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
Proficient computer skills - working knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Graduate degree from a reputed college / university
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
