Qualification
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a recognized university
- Specialization in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work / Community Development / HRM / Family & Child Welfare preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct social assessments and identify individual, family, or community needs
- Plan and implement social welfare, health, education, and community development programs
- Provide counseling, guidance, and psychosocial support to beneficiaries
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, hospitals, schools, and other stakeholders
- Conduct awareness programs, camps, training sessions, and community meetings
- Maintain case records, reports, and documentation as per organizational guidelines
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of ongoing projects
- Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes and social security benefits
- Participate in surveys, field visits, and impact assessments
- Ensure ethical standards and confidentiality in all social work practices
