We are looking for enthusiastic freshers from Financial Services background to join our team as Field Sales Executives. The role involves visiting industrial areas and manufacturing hubs to connect with businesses seeking Loan Against Machinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit industrial hubs and manufacturing plants (Manesar and nearby regions)
- Identify businesses requiring Loan Against Machinery
- Explain loan products and basic financial solutions to clients
- Generate leads and coordinate with internal sales teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in industrial sectors
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers with interest in Financial Services / Banking / NBFC sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
- Basic understanding of sales and financial products preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
