Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Holiday Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Operations Executive to manage end-to-end holiday operations, ensuring seamless execution of domestic and international holiday packages. The role will involve coordinating with customers, suppliers, hotels, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely confirmations and smooth trip execution.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end holiday operations from booking confirmation to trip completion.

Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMCs, transport providers, and other service partners for confirmations and arrangements.

Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, itineraries, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.

Ensure all travel arrangements are accurately booked and confirmed as per customer requirements.

Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of holiday packages.

Address customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.

Monitor booking status and proactively follow up with suppliers for pending confirmations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; preferably Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.

2+ years of experience in holiday/travel operations.

Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international holiday destinations.

Experience handling end-to-end holiday packages and travel bookings.
