Position: Business Development Manager Location: Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kerala, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Visakhapatnam Experience: + Years Qualification: Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical Industry Preference: Automated Parking Systems, Building Materials, Construction, Infrastructure, Elevators, HVAC, Industrial Equipment, Capital Goods Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities in automated multilevel car parking systems across signed territories • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and real estate developers • Conduct meetings with architects and consultants to understand project requirements and propose suitable parking solutions • Prepare and present technical proposals in coordination with engineering teams • Interpret basic layout drawings and provide preliminary solution inputs using AutoCAD • Collaborate with internal teams for design approvals • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Generate leads through networking, site visits, industry events, and referrals • Provide qualified projects to sales for commercial closures.
