What You'll Do
- Design world-class UI/UX for Web, Mobile, and Enterprise Applications.
- Create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Think beyond trends and introduce fresh, unconventional design concepts.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams.
- Continuously improve user experience through research and usability testing.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate creativity and productivity.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and rapidly adapt to new design methodologies.
What We're Looking ForMandatory
- Minimum 10 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating modern UI/UX projects
- Strong understanding of User Experience, User Interface, Information Architecture, and Design Thinking
- Expert in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms
- Strong prototyping and interaction design skills
- Excellent visual communication and typography skills
- Ability to solve complex problems through creative design
Preferred
- Out-of-the-box thinker with innovative design approaches
- Passion for experimenting with futuristic interface concepts
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted design workflows
- Experience using tools such as Codex, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Figma AI, Uizard, or similar AI platforms
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
- Experience designing SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred
