The Challenge
Adobe is looking to hire an experienced, consulting-focused Senior Delivery Manager to join the ACS Consulting GDC team in India, supporting delivery for the Americas Region. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex Adobe consulting engagements across North America, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with Americas-based clients, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into measurable outcomes while driving continuous improvements in delivery quality and efficiency. This role requires flexibility to overlap with Americas time zones and strong cross-cultural communication skills to effectively partner with geographically distributed stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe ACS consulting engagements for Americas Region clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for Americas-based customers, managing escalations, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers, consultants, technical leads and architects based in the GDC, fostering a high-performance delivery culture aligned with Americas business hours and client expectations
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Practice leads to scope, estimate, and transition new engagements from pre-sales into delivery
- Drive governance, risk management, and delivery health across a portfolio of concurrent Adobe Experience Cloud projects (AEM, Adobe Commerce, AEP, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Marketo, etc.)
- Champion delivery best practices, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the ACS Consulting GDC team
- Collaborate effectively across time zones, ensuring GDC team members are aligned with Americas clients and internal stakeholders
What you need to succeed
- 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a delivery management or program management role within a professional services or consulting organization
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Adobe Experience Cloud implementations (AEM, Adobe Commerce, AEP, Analytics, Target, Campaign, or Marketo) for enterprise clients
- Strong experience managing offshore delivery teams servicing Americas Region clients, with demonstrated ability to operate across time zones
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to tailor delivery frameworks to client needs
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Americas-based clients and internal leadership
Must-have skills
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery P&L, track budgets, and report on project financials for consulting engagements
Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams and driving accountability in a GDC/offshore delivery model servicing clients in the Americas Region
Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products and how they are implemented in enterprise consulting contexts
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate Americas time zones (EST/PST) from the Bangalore GDC
AI-Driven Delivery – Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance delivery outcomes, including the use of AI-assisted project planning, predictive risk management, intelligent resource optimization, and GenAI-powered productivity tools across the delivery lifecycle. Ability to champion AI adoption within GDC delivery teams and advise Americas clients on integrating AI capabilities into their consulting engagements
Nice to have skills
PMP, Prince2, or SAFe certification, or equivalent project/program management credential
Prior experience in an Adobe ACS or Managed Services consulting delivery role
Exposure to digital marketing strategy, customer experience platforms, and data-driven personalization technologies
Experience working with Americas-based enterprise clients across industries such as retail, financial services, media, or technology
