About the Role
Shag Infotech is looking for a creative and enthusiastic AI Video Editor Intern who is interested in video editing, AI tools, and social media content creation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable experimenting with AI-powered video tools and have a good understanding of short-form content, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and engaging visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.
- Use AI tools to assist with video generation, editing, voiceovers, subtitles, images, and visual effects.
- Create attention-grabbing videos based on scripts and content briefs.
- Add transitions, captions, music, sound effects, animations, and other elements to improve video quality.
- Experiment with trending AI video-generation and editing techniques.
- Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and content style.
- Stay updated with AI video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats.
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to deliver videos on time.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN, or similar software.
- Interest in AI tools for video creation and editing.
- Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, hooks, captions, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset and strong visual sense.
- Ability to understand and execute a creative brief.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Basic understanding of storytelling and content psychology.
- A portfolio of personal, academic, freelance, or social media projects.
