reports - you'll actively hunt for inefficiencies, build the pipelines that surface them, and work

intensity. You'll be embedded in the business operations team, working cross-functionally
with product, growth, and leadership - with a direct line to decision-makers who act on what
you find.
What You'll Do
● Mine and interrogate unstructured data across our databases to proactively
uncover operational inefficiencies - without waiting to be asked
● Design and maintain data pipelines that make business-critical metrics reliably
accessible and trustworthy as we scale
● Build and own reporting dashboards in Amazon QuickSight that track KPIs tied to
current business objectives, not legacy goals
● Act as a program manager for your own insights - identify the problem, quantify
it, present it to stakeholders, and follow through until it's resolved
● Audit existing processes end-to-end and flag where we are losing efficiency,
revenue, or learner experience quality
● Partner with product and operations teams to translate data findings into
implemented changes, not just slide decks
What You Bring
Must-Have:
● 2-4 years of hands-on data analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
● Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, window functions) and Python
(pandas, data wrangling, automation)
● Working knowledge of Amazon QuickSight for building and maintaining dashboards
● Demonstrated ability to work independently, you find the question before anyone else
does
● Experience working with messy, unstructured, or incomplete data and making it
usable
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
