Job Title: Project Planner & Design Coordinator – Fitouts
Location: Indore
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Architecture or Related Degrees
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, progress reports, dashboards, and planning updates for fitout/interior projects
- Coordinate with design teams, architects, consultants, procurement, QS, contractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery
- Track drawings, approvals, material schedules, BOQs, and design revisions to ensure timely execution
- Monitor project progress, resource allocation, milestones, and site activities against planned schedules
- Identify delays, coordination gaps, and execution risks; support teams with corrective planning actions
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate between design and execution teams to ensure alignment of planned vs actual progress
- Support project documentation, forecasting, client updates, and overall project coordination activities
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendor teams
- MS Project and project reporting tools preferred
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
