- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required — please state your degree and institution in your application)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and BIM
- Hands-on production experience in Revit, with real project work you can show (not just training/coursework)
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD

About Deckor
We provide architectural drafting, BIM, and visualization support to architects, developers, and interior designers in the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia — acting as an extended production arm for international firms.
What You'll Do
- Prepare architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) in Revit and AutoCAD
- Develop and maintain organized Revit models with proper views, sheets, and documentation
- Produce complete drawing sets for permit, construction, and bid documentation
- Incorporate client markups and redlines accurately across all documents
- Quality-check deliverables so they are accurate, coordinated, and production-ready
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting and BIM
- Strong hands-on Revit skills with a track record of real project work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, drawing conventions, and documentation standards
Nice to Have
- Experience with international projects and their documentation standards (US/UK/Canada/Australia codes and conventions)

Note: This role requires a professional Architecture degree combined with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills. Candidates with Revit/AutoCAD experience but without an architecture degree, or with an architecture degree but no hands-on Revit production work, do not meet the minimum bar for this position.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
