Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customers
- Ensure timely dispatch and follow-up on shipments
- Maintain basic accounts records and assist with billing
- Handle collection of payments and follow up with clients
- Perform general office and computer-based tasks (Excel, email communication, documentation)
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Good knowledge of accounts and documentation
- Proficiency in computers (MS Excel, Word, Email, online portals)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
