Job description:
Lead Generation: Conduct field visits and cold calls to identify potential retail and business subscribers.
Product Pitching: Explain chit schemes, ticket sizes, bidding processes, and dividend benefits clearly to clients.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly individual enrollment and business volume targets set by the branch.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing subscribers to ensure long-term retention and referrals.
KYC Verification: Collect and verify all necessary KYC documents from subscribers at the time of enrollment.
Onboarding Compliance: Ensure error-free completion and submission of application forms to the branch team.
Collection Support: Coordinate with the collection team to ensure timely initial subscription payments.
Field Operations: Travel daily across assigned local routes and commercial markets for client meetings.
Market Awareness: Track local market trends and competitor activities to identify new customer segments.
Reporting: Maintain and update daily sales trackers, field visit logs, and pipelines for the Branch Manager.
