Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator / Team Leader to lead and manage B2B sales operations across the assigned zone. The role involves driving sales growth, managing field sales teams, ensuring effective coordination, maintaining sales reports, and expanding the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales coordination experience, and the ability to handle team operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets for the assigned zone.
- Lead, supervise, and manage Sales Executives and Field Sales Teams.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and market expansion plans.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers and dealers.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data, team performance, and market trends for management review.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Conduct team meetings, provide training, and motivate team members for target achievement.
- Ensure proper CRM updates, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Sales Reporting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales MIS and performance reports.
- Track team-wise and individual sales achievements.
- Prepare target vs achievement reports for management.
- Monitor pending orders, payment follow-ups, and customer status updates.
- Submit regular market feedback and competitor analysis reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of client visits, meetings, and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and coordination.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Team Handling, or B2B Sales.
- Prior experience in managing sales teams and handling regional operations preferred.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting.
