We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest experience in our restaurant.

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager / Operations Manager
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹25000 – ₹.35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (Preferred)
- Minimum 4 – 6 years experience in restaurant service

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant service staff (waiters / stewards)
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Welcome and assist guests professionally
- Take and monitor customer orders accurately
- Ensure service quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
- Train and guide junior service staff
- Ensure discipline and proper grooming of service team
