Job Summary
The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting organizational endpoints across physical, virtual, and cloud-managed environments. This role supports both traditional endpoint management through Microsoft Configuration Manager and modern management through Microsoft Intune, with a strong focus on Windows endpoint lifecycle management, golden image standards, application deployment, patching, compliance, and end-user experience.
The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Sccm/Sms To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes For Efficient Client Lifecycle Management.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Gather And Analyze Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Meets And Exceeds Client Expectations Through Effective Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Promoting Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering A Culture Of Collaboration And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Improvement And Implementing Best Practices In Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite.
5. Develop And Present Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging Directory Services And Client Lifecycle Management To Achieve Business Results.
Skill Requirements
Microsoft Configuration Manager: Manage collections, task sequences, operating system deployment, software distribution, client health, reporting, compliance settings, and patch management. • Microsoft Intune: Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, application deployment, update rings, device actions, and reporting. • Golden Image Management: Build, maintain, test, document, and retire standardized Windows images used for device deployment, refresh, recovery, and lifecycle replacement. • Windows Endpoint Administration: Support Windows 11 configuration, operating system upgrades, driver management, BitLocker, local administrator controls, user profiles, and device performance. • Endpoint Security: Apply endpoint hardening standards, EDR, encryption, vulnerability remediation, least privilege principles, and security configuration baselines. Sentinel One experience preferred. • Application Packaging and Deployment: Package, test, deploy, update, and retire applications using Configuration Manager, Intune, Win32 app packaging, Microsoft Store apps, scripts, and required/available deployment models.

Other Requirements

Three or more years of experience supporting enterprise Windows endpoints in a medium-to-large environment.\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience managing golden images, operating system deployment, patching, application packaging, and endpoint troubleshooting.\\\\r\\\\n• Recommended certification: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.\\\\r\\\\n• Recommended learning areas: Intune administration, Configuration Manager administration, Windows 11 deployment, endpoint security, PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph, and co-management strategy.\\\\r\\\\n
