Brief Description
Softnotions Technologies is looking for energetic, tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about business growth and international sales. As part of the Revenue Operations Team, the selected candidate will play a key role in identifying global business opportunities, building a strong lead pipeline, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end.
This role offers hands-on exposure to international markets—including the US, Europe, and the Middle East—while enabling the candidate to understand client needs, articulate the value of Softnotions’ services, and contribute directly to business expansion. The candidate will gain practical experience in prospecting, CRM management, client communication, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential international clients across target regions (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
- Generate qualified leads through outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling
- Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline within the CRM system
- Understand Softnotions' service offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and calls for the Business Development Manager or Technical Sales Team
- Support RFP/RFI processes with research inputs and preliminary documentation
- Maintain reports and dashboards to track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment in messaging and client approach
- Assist in proposal follow-ups, lead nurturing, and handling basic client queries
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (mandatory proficiency in English)
- Good understanding of technology trends, software development, and digital transformation concepts
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) is desirable
- Ability to work across international time zones and adapt to diverse cultures
- High attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong follow-through
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc / B.Tech in Computer Science
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
