We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our sales team in the gold jewellery section. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain product details, quality, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting suitable jewelry pieces.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the counters are clean and organized.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with current gold rates, product collections, and offers.
- Coordinate with the cashier and store manager for smooth sales operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
