Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers, assess their vehicle requirements, and guide them toward appropriate tyre models, speed ratings, and tread patterns. [1]
- Sales Conversion: Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets for tyres, alloy wheels, and related maintenance packages. [1]
- Up-Selling Services: Promote value-added showroom workshop services, such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing, tyre rotation, and nitrogen filling. [1]
- Inventory & Display Management: Maintain stock records, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure showroom display units are clean, organized, and properly tagged. [1, 2, 3, 5]
- Claim & Warranty Handling: Educate customers on tyre manufacturer warranties and assist with evaluating or processing as requested, damaged tyre claims. [1]
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
