Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) professional is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR department helps maintain a positive work environment and supports organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
* Maintain employee records and HR databases
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
* Coordinate training and development programs
* Support performance appraisal processes
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
* Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
* Promote employee engagement and workplace culture

Salary:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,892.45 per month
