Job Summary
The Sales Executive / Admission Counselor is responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling parents and students, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
1️. Lead Management
- Contact new student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, or walk-ins.
- Maintain a database of prospective students.
- Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheet.
2️. Student & Parent Counseling
- Understand the student’s academic needs.
- Explain course structure, faculty, and institute facilities.
- Provide detailed information about fees, batches, and study material.
3️. Sales Conversion
- Convince parents and students to enroll in the course.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
4️. Demo Class Coordination
- Schedule and manage demo classes.
- Ensure students attend demo sessions.
- Collect feedback after demo classes.
5️. Follow-Up System
- Follow up with leads via calls and messages.
- Convert interested prospects into confirmed admissions.
6️. Reporting
- Maintain daily call and inquiry reports.
- Update CRM with lead progress.
- Submit weekly performance reports to management.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years in sales or counseling (Education sector preferred)
