Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Workforce Solutions Manager to drive candidate onboarding, employer acquisition, marketplace growth, and career solution sales on the Vryfide platform.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship management abilities, and a passion for helping candidates and employers achieve success.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Onboarding & Workforce Support
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Help candidates understand career solutions, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
- Support candidates in improving employability and career opportunities
- Promote professional upskilling and workforce development programs
Employer Acquisition & Marketplace Growth
- Onboard employers, recruiters, and hiring partners onto the Vryfide marketplace
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals and companies
- Ensure active employer engagement and job posting activity
- Support marketplace expansion and workforce hiring initiatives
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, references, and digital outreach
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-up and conversion strategies
- Identify opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships
Client Relationship Management
- Provide excellent support to candidates and employers throughout the onboarding journey
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Resolve client queries and maintain service quality standards
Key Requirements
- 1–6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, EdTech, Workforce Solutions, or Customer Success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Experience in B2B and B2C engagement preferred
