Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of the store. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, material receipts and issues, stock accuracy, and maintaining proper store documentation while ensuring smooth coordination with production and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward material movements.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience in manufacturing store operations.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP or other inventory management software is preferred.
- Good understanding of stock reconciliation and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge or Store Executive in a manufacturing company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
