About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Communication Manager to join our team. In this role,you will be the driving force behind our brand’s voice, presence, and market positioning. You will own end-to-end communication strategies — from crafting compelling content to enabling the sales team and managing high-impact events. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset, equally comfortable building brand narratives and supporting revenue generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
Develop high-quality, on-brand content across all formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, video scripts, infographics, and thought leadership articles. Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone, messaging framework, and business objectives while maintaining consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
2. Social Media Management
Own and manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.Plan and execute content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, respond to community interactions, and leverage platform-specific best practices to grow follower base, increase brand visibility, and drive organic traffic.
3. Presentation Design & Skills
Design and develop compelling presentations for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, client pitches, and industry conferences. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and design tools such as Canva or Adobe is essential. Presentations must reflect brand guidelines and communicate complex ideas with clarity and visual impact.
4. Marketing Drive & Campaign Execution
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Define campaign objectives, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and measure outcomes against KPIs. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through strategic and results-oriented marketing initiatives.
5. Pre-Sales Support
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted pre-sales materials including pitch decks, product brochures, capability statements, and RFP/RFI responses. Ensure messaging is tailored to prospects’ industries and pain points, and that all materials are current, accurate, and brand-compliant.
6. Sales Documentation Support
Create and maintain a library of sales enablement assets including one-pagers, product sheets, competitive battle cards, case studies, and FAQs. Work with product and sales teams to ensure documentation is regularly updated and effectively supports the sales cycle from discovery through closure
7. CRM Hygiene & Data Management
Maintain CRM database accuracy by ensuring contact records, campaign data, and lead information are consistently updated and de-duplicated. Establish and enforce data hygiene protocols in collaboration with the sales and marketing operations teams to improve segmentation, reporting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
8. Lead Generation Support
Support the sales and marketing teams in generating qualified leads through targeted campaigns,content syndication, gated assets, and strategic partnerships. Track lead quality and conversion metrics, refine messaging based on performance data, and work to continuously improve the top-of- funnel pipeline.
9. Demand Generation
Design and execute demand generation programs that build awareness, create interest, and accelerate the sales funnel. Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, multi-touch nurturing campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO-driven content to attract and convert high-value prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
10. Inbound & Outbound Marketing
Strategize and execute both inbound marketing initiatives (SEO, content marketing, social engagement, landing pages) and outbound campaigns (email marketing, cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, paid media). Measure channel effectiveness and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI across all marketing activities.
11. Event Participation & Management
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate participation in relevant industry conferences, trade shows,webinars, and networking events. End-to-end event management including pre-event promotion,logistics coordination, booth/session preparation, on-site representation, and post-event follow-up to maximise brand exposure and lead capture.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- 4–7 years of progressive experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing environments, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services.
Core Competencies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial sensibility.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Advanced skills in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience managing end-to-end events, including planning, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimise campaigns.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
