Job Title: Generative AI Architect
Roles and Respnsibilities:
- Define and own enterprise GenAI architecture, including RAG, agentic AI, and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Build and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications with scalability and reliability.
- Evaluate and select LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Design integration patterns to connect GenAI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Optimize performance, latency, and infrastructure cost for large-scale deployments.
- Establish Responsible AI practices covering bias, safety, explainability, and governance.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations like GDPR.
- Implement LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Drive GenAI innovation roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on GenAI strategy and adoption.
