Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The role involves executing manual testing activities, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products. The candidate should also have basic exposure to automation testing using Selenium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and usability
- Analyze requirements and prepare test cases and test data
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct regression testing after fixes and updates
- Maintain accurate test documentation and reports
- Support basic automation testing activities using Selenium
Required Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
✅ Strong understanding of Manual Testing concepts
✅ Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
✅ Basic hands-on exposure to Selenium
✅ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
