We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Packing Associate to join our e-commerce operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing customer orders accurately and ensuring products are prepared for timely shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products according to order lists.
- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare shipments.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock management.
- Follow company packing and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- High school education preferred.
- Previous warehouse, packing, or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and shipping labels.
- Basic computer skills.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
