Job Summary:
The RMA Specialist is responsible for managing the Return Merchandise Authorization process efficiently and effectively. This includes processing customer requests for returns, coordinating with various departments to facilitate the return process, and ensuring timely resolution to customer issues related to returns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process all RMA’s (product returns and repairs)
2. Set customer expectations and maintain customer relationships, providing status update and setting expectations.
3. Review and document product backlog/inventory
4. Document and maintain current RMA processes, with constant attention to measurable and continuous improvement.
5. Organize on-time shipments of replacement and/or repaired customer products
6. Utilize CRM system to manage end to end RMA process
7. Acts as liaison between repair team, sales team and customer success teams to provide outstanding service.
Required Skill set :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in a similar role, handling RMA processes or customer service operations.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
