- Facility & Operations Management: Oversee daily housekeeping and security personnel to maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage external vendors for office supplies, repairs, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Travel Management: Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for employees (flight/train bookings, hotel accommodations, and local transport).
- Utility & Bill Payments: Ensure timely processing and tracking of all office utility bills (electricity, internet, water, etc.).
- Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets (laptops, furniture, office equipment) and track allocations.
- Compliances & Documentation: Assist in managing office compliances, maintaining licenses, and keeping accurate administrative files.
- Basic IT Support: Handle primary, hands-on IT troubleshooting (setting up workstations, office Wi-Fi issues, or coordinating with external IT support).
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
