Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate should have strong designing skills, knowledge of printing-related software, and the ability to create high-quality designs for various print and digital requirements. The role involves working closely with the production and marketing teams to deliver creative and accurate designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create creative designs for printing and branding requirements.
- Develop layouts, artwork, and design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare designs for different printing processes.
- Handle design modifications and ensure accuracy before production.
- Coordinate with production team for smooth execution of designs.
- Create designs for banners, brochures, posters, signboards, and promotional materials.
- Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper file preparation for printing.
Required Software Knowledge:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of printing software and design preparation.
Machine & Production Knowledge (Preferred):
- Solvent Printing
- Eco Solvent Printing
- UV Printing
- CO2 Laser / CNC-related design preparation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Designing preferred.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of colors, fonts, and design principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in a printing or advertising company will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
