Key Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, inspect, pack, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Operate autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and other CSSD equipment.
- Ensure proper sterilization procedures and maintain complete sterilization records.
- Monitor sterilization indicators and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Issue sterile supplies to Operation Theatres and other clinical departments.
- Maintain inventory of instruments, trays, and sterile consumables.
- Follow infection control practices and NABH guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operation Theatre, Nursing, and other hospital departments.
- Report equipment malfunction and ensure routine preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Hands-on experience with CSSD equipment and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,208.70 per month
