Pythal is a premium baby and kids brand focused on creating thoughtful products and experiences for modern families. We are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content for our products, campaigns and digital channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can take projects from shoot planning through final edit.
The primary focus of this role will be creating visual content for Pythal, including product videos, lifestyle content, social media Reels, campaigns and brand films.
The role may also support occasional content requirements for Mannat, an associated real-estate brand, including property and project videos when required. This will be an additional part of the role rather than the primary focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit video content for Pythal's products, campaigns and social media channels.
- Create product videos, lifestyle videos, Reels and other short-form content.
- Shoot products, packaging, campaigns and brand-related content.
- Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, composition and basic audio.
- Edit video content from raw footage to final delivery.
- Use transitions, typography, music, sound design and colour correction appropriately.
- Create content in formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites and digital advertising.
- Support occasional video requirements for Mannat, including property walkthroughs, interiors, exteriors and project-related content.
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand concepts and translate them into effective visual content.
- Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and final exports.
- Keep up with relevant video and social media content trends while maintaining brand consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work.
- Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar.
- Working knowledge of colour correction and colour grading.
- Ability to create both polished brand content and engaging short-form social media videos.
- Ability to manage shoots independently, from basic planning through final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with product, fashion, lifestyle or baby/kids content.
- Experience with real-estate, architecture or interior videography.
- Photography skills.
- Motion graphics or animation experience.
- Experience creating video content for digital advertising.
- Familiarity with current Instagram and YouTube video formats.
