Job Title: Food & Beverages Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food & Beverages Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage accounting, with strong knowledge of financial processes within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for the F&B department
- Monitor food and beverage cost controls and inventory management
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to F&B operations
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for cost optimization
- Conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in F&B accounting
- Mandatory: Master of Commerce (MCom)
- Prior experience in a 5-star hotel is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in reputed 5-star hotels will be given higher preference.
