Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service calls from US-based customers
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional support
Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines
Assist customers with product, service, and account-related queries
Maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
Meet process KPIs including call quality and schedule adherence
Required Skills:
Good verbal English communication skills
Active listening and problem-solving abilities
Strong customer service mindset
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
