**The Role**
We are looking for an ambitious, technically sound, and hands-on Civil Engineer who is ready to take ownership from day one. **What You'll Do**
- Verify contractor bills against actual site work and ensure accurate cost control through thorough Bill Checking processes
- Prepare and review Rate Analysis for civil works, labour, and materials to support budgeting and tender submissions
- Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for RCC elements in accordance with structural drawings and IS codes
- Assist in the end-to-end preparation and submission of Tenders, including BOQs, technical documents, and vendor coordination
- Conduct regular Site Supervision to monitor construction progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to design and safety standards
- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution on the ground
- Maintain accurate project documentation including site reports, measurement books, daily progress records, and compliance files
- Proactively identify and resolve site-level issues, escalating to senior stakeholders where required.
What We're Looking For
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in construction, architecture, or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of Bill Checking, Rate Analysis, Bar Bending Schedules, and Tender documentation
- Proven site supervision experience with solid understanding of construction practices and IS code standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel for drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost calculations
- Ambitious self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deliver under timelines without compromising on quality
