We operate on a pure marketplace model — vendors list, we sell, they ship. Our job is to build the storefront, the demand, the trust, and the rails. Their job is to make beautiful things. The Vendor Partnerships team is the bridge between the two.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Vendor Partnerships Executive to manage end-to-end vendor relationships — from acquisition to onboarding and long-term growth. You will be the primary point of contact for jewellery brands on Feathers and play a key role in driving their success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard jewellery brands and designers
- Pitch Feathers’ marketplace value proposition to vendors
- Manage onboarding: KYC, catalogue setup, pricing, and training
- Monitor catalogue quality, inventory, and product listings
- Handle vendor relationships and monthly performance reviews
- Drive vendor growth through promotions, ads, and campaign participation
- Resolve operational and commercial issues with vendors
- Support vendor revenue growth and platform engagement
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, business development, or account management - ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing multiple vendor relationships
- Good understanding of pricing, margins, and basic e-commerce operations
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle categories
Good to Have:
- Existing relationships with jewellery brands, designers, or manufacturers
- Experience working with marketplace platforms (Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.) on either the buyer or seller side
- Exposure to D2C brand marketing, performance ads, or content-led commerce
- Understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic e-commerce operations
- Working knowledge of jewellery — materials, certifications, manufacturing, pricing
