Job Title: IT Service Desk Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Executive who will be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues. You will handle IT support tickets, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT support requests via call, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians if needed
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Provide remote or on-site support based on client requirements
- Assist in AMC support and IT asset tracking
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and networking
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and work in the IT support field
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, LAN, and troubleshooting
Salary/Stipend:

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
