Ayush Ortho is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in handling patient or customer interactions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and guide patients accordingly.
- Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, feedback, and service quality.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Front Office, Call Centre, or Patient Relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
