The Office Assistant cum Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming experience for clients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves managing the reception desk, handling telephone calls, coordinating appointments, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing general office support.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk
- Welcome clients, visitors, artists, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
- Record and deliver messages accurately and promptly.
- Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes, if applicable.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Office Administrator with daily office operations.
- Maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare photocopies, printouts, scanning, and document filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and official correspondence.
Office Assistance
- Arrange tea, coffee, water, and refreshments for clients and guests.
- Monitor office stationery, pantry supplies, and other consumables.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of the office and studios.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
