About the Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. This role is ideal for someone who can blend design expertise with marketing strategy to create impactful digital content. You will be responsible for shaping our brand’s online presence through innovative visuals, campaigns, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Content Creation: Develop engaging graphics, reels, and posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Brand Identity Management: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance visual consistency.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to design creatives for product launches, promotions, and client pitches.
- Motion & Interactive Design: Create short videos, GIFs, and interactive content to boost engagement.
- Trend Integration: Stay updated on design and social media trends, adapting them into campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Track engagement metrics of designed posts and prepare visual impact reports.
- Client Exposure: Present design concepts during client meetings and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media design or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, Figma.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
