Job Overview
We are looking for a Shopify & WordPress Plugin Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing Shopify apps, WordPress plugins, and e-commerce integrations. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions, integrating third-party services, and enhancing the functionality of Shopify and WordPress platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom Shopify applications and integrations.
- Design, develop, and customize WordPress plugins and themes.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and marketing tools.
- Work with Shopify Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Optimize website and application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Shopify and WordPress platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and development best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Shopify App Development and WordPress Plugin Development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
- Experience with Shopify APIs, GraphQL, REST APIs, Shopify App Bridge, and Polaris.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress plugin development, hooks, filters, and REST API.
- Experience with WooCommerce customization and development.
- Familiarity with MySQL and version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of API integrations, authentication, and web security practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience publishing Shopify Apps or WordPress Plugins.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
