Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell Pauzio's AI Voice Agent solutions to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Submit daily activity reports and sales performance updates.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
