We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support our ServiceNow platform. This role will partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong developer with experience building flows, integrations, catalog solutions, and platform customizations while following ServiceNow best practices.
Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices.
Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and business processes.
Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other APIs.
Create and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, script includes, scheduled jobs, and ACLs.
Build custom applications and extend out-of-the-box functionality where appropriate.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile development activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
Support platform upgrades by evaluating impact, testing functionality, and remediating issues.
Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business analysts to deliver scalable solutions.
Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript development skills.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Service Portal or Employee Center.
Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow data model.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience with one or more modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, or Security Operations.
Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, or Now Assist capabilities.
Experience with source control and DevOps practices.
