Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–7+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹32 LPA
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development and implementation, particularly across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead end-to-end development and enhancement projects within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and optimize workflows, automations, and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, forms, catalogs, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
- Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing ongoing platform support.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and platform governance initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and support materials.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Experience developing and customizing:
- Workflows
- Flow Designer
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts

- Record Producers
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Platform Development
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to automate complex business processes and workflows.
- Experience working with ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and platform enhancements.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security, governance, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or CSM modules.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
