Job Summary:
360 Realtors LLP is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM Executive to manage client relationships, ensure seamless post-sales service, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and transparent property buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems accurately
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, WhatsApp)
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams for documentation and closures
- Manage booking forms, agreements, and post-sales documentation
- Track payment schedules and follow up for dues/collections
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate MIS reports and performance dashboards
- Support customer engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service (real estate preferred)
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate or property consulting firms
- Familiarity with Noida real estate market and processes
- Experience handling post-sales and collections
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate
- TAT (Turnaround Time) for query resolution
- Accuracy of CRM data
- Collection efficiency and follow-up effectiveness
- Closure of customer requests within deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
