We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Travel Consultant to join our team in our Far East offices (Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel operations, itinerary planning, and client coordination. You must have experience in the travel industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Handle end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, visas, etc.).
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for bookings and confirmations.
- Ensure timely documentation and client follow-ups
- Respond to customer queries and provide travel-related assistance.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, and payments
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operator setup.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
